Through the program, young people will have the opportunity to gain invaluable extracurricular experience and soft skills to fuel their future growth. The Foundation nurtures key competencies such as initiative-taking, organisational aptitude, teamwork, and project management, while also fostering empathy and social awareness – qualities essential for adult life. One of the key components of the program is also training in effective job searching.
