Synthetic resins

We offer standard cationic wet-strength resins of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation as well as resins providing a temporary wet-strength effect.

Synthetic resins are widely used in paper production. Their use has a very significant impact on paper quality and its subsequent application. In the paper industry, synthetic resins act as adherent substances. Adherent substances are responsible for increasing the resistance of paper products to liquid penetration. In practice, it is the use of synthetic resins that allows us to print, write and paint on paper without worrying about the colour bleeding through to the other side of the sheet.

Due to their action, synthetic resins are utilised in the production process of many paper grades. They are used in the production from virgin fiber – cellulose and waste paper.

Synthetic resins – offer

To meet the needs and expectations of our Customers, the TSC Integrity for Paper brand offers a wide selection of chemical additives for paper production, including synthetic resins. Our permanent range includes standard cationic wet-strength resins of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation as well as resins providing a temporary wet-strength effect.

Our offer includes resins with the lowest AOX content used in the production of tea bags. The concentration of our resins ranges from 10–25%. The proposed resins comply with ISEGA, Blue Angel and Nordic Swan standards.

Customers interested in purchasing synthetic resins are encouraged to explore our range in detail and contact us in case of questions or doubts. TSC Advisors will answer all your questions and help you choose the optimal preparations for your paper manufacturing operation. We also invite you to explore our offer of other chemical additives for paper production and wastepaper processing. Our range also includes optical brighteners.
