The Company received funding within the framework of the competition organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development for the SMART Path measure for carrying out the project titled “Implementation of research and development results in the form of innovative products with unique hydrophobic properties”.
The objective of the Project is to implement the results of R&D work carried out in-house and outsourced by the Company concerning development of a product innovation of a national or larger scale, i.e. protective angles and sleeves characterised by unique hydrophobic properties in areas exposed to moisture and/or water.
Additionally, an intermediate product made of recycled paper will be introduced to the paper market. The product will have a significantly higher degree of compression compared to competitive solutions, while retaining high-performance properties of the fibres used as raw material for production.
The material scope of the Project will include purchase of a plot of land, construction of a production hall and purchase of machinery required for the production process.
The direct effect and deliverable of the Project will be launching production and marketing of innovative products in the form of angles, sleeves and the recycled paper-based intermediate product.
Recipients of the project deliverables include plastic film manufacturers, industrial enterprises and recyclers.
